Lace up and join the HIIT Crew Run Club! Open to members and non-members. Whether you are a seasoned runner or just getting started, this is a welcoming space to move, connect, and support one another. Come for the run, stay for the motivation and community.

Coach Kenzie is a 500-hour certified yoga teacher, trained in Bali, with a passion for helping others build strength, balance, and restoration through movement. She specializes in Yin and Hatha yoga, blending mindful flow with intentional strength work and deeply restorative practices.
